Hawthorn Mount 005 is a generously sized static caravan on the popular Devon Cliffs Haven park at Sandy Bay, Exmouth. With three bedrooms, a full kitchen, cosy lounge and a lovely decking area with views, it's the ideal base for a family holiday on the Devon coast.

Master Bedroom
A comfortable double bedroom with plenty of storage. Bedding is provided; linen hire is available through Haven at £10 per room.
Twin Bedroom
Two single beds — ideal for children or a second couple. Bright and well-ventilated. Bedding provided; linen hire available through Haven.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and all the utensils you need. Everything provided for self-catering.
Decking
A lovely private decking area — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. Outdoor furniture included.
Lounge
Spacious and comfortable lounge with a large TV, corner sofa and dining area. The perfect place to relax after a day at the park or beach.
Shower Room
Clean and modern shower room with WC and basin. Towels not included — please bring your own.

- Prices are based on self-cleaning. All products & equipment are provided (left under the corner sofa, hoover under the double bed) — we just ask that the van is left clean and tidy.
- Bed linen can be hired for £10 per room (with a £10 deposit through Haven). Alternatively, you're welcome to bring your own bedding.
